Delivery Terms:
1. Nationwide Delivery
We offer free delivery within Accra for orders over Ghc1,500. Please note that free delivery within Accra for orders over ₵1,500, can not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. We charge a minimum of Ghc35 delivery to the transport yard for out of Accra orders (this may be waived if order is above Ghc1,500). Additional delivery charges applies dependent on final destination and size of order.
2. Order Dispatch:
Orders confirmed before 10:00 AM (GMT) on a business day may be dispatched on the same day. Orders confirmed after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.
3. Delivery within Accra:
For orders within Accra, delivery will be made within 24 to 48 hours from the time of order confirmation. Our delivery team will make every effort to ensure timely delivery to your doorstep.
4. Delivery outside Accra:
Deliveries to out of Accra locations may take slightly longer, dependent on the specific location. Delivery times will vary based on distance and logistical factors. Our team will communicate estimated delivery times upon order confirmation.
5. Delivery Charge:
Delivery charge will be calculated based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the order. These fees will be clearly outlined during the checkout process before payment. For orders outside of Accra, please select “other” from the list of locations at the checkout. You will the be able to provide details of your location for the correct fees to be applied.
6. Delivery Updates:
Our customer support team will provide regular updates regarding the status of your delivery. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Please note that an additional charge will apply for any re-attempted deliveries. We therefore recommend providing accurate delivery details with all orders as well as promptly responding to the delivery team’s call to ensure smooth delivery.
