• All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 1 day, following the of receipt of the items. products.
• Customers are responsible for covering the costs associated with the returns i.e. delivery cost to our warehouse, loss or damage to the item/s.
• We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure the safe return of the items as you remain liable for the products until safely received by us.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Damages or issues reported after 24hrs of receipt of items may not be processed.
